The CPI in October 2019 was 103.04(2016=100) which increased 0.03% from the preceding month, and rose 0.39% compared with the same month of 2018. The WPI was 100.67(2016=100) which decreased 1.59% from the preceding month, and fell 6.21% compared with the same month of 2018.
