The CPI in November 2018 was 102.03(2016=100) which decreased 0.60% from the preceding month, and rose 0.31% compared with the same month of 2017. The WPI was 105.36(2016=100) which decreased 2.00% from the preceding month, and rose 3.25% compared with the same month of 2017.
