The CPI in August 2018 was 102.39(2016=100) which decreased 0.07% from the preceding month, and rose 1.53% compared with the same month of 2017. The WPI was 106.92(2016=100) which increased 0.53% from the preceding month, and rose 6.83% compared with the same month of 2017.
