The CPI in December 2017 was 106.73 (2011=100) which decreased 0.15% from the preceding month, and rose 1.21% compared with the same month of 2016. In 2017, the CPI increased 0.62%, and the core CPI increased 1.03%. The WPI was 86.72 (2011=100) which increased 0.21% from the preceding month, and rose 0.24% compared with the same month of 2016. In 2017, the WPI increased 0.90%.
